Calendar Integration Setup
A complete guide to connecting your Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Calendars with QuickSearchPlus.
Zoom Integration
Connect your Zoom account to automatically sync meetings, recordings, and transcripts.
Installation Steps
- 1Sign In to your QuickSearchPlus account.
- 2Navigate to Settings from the main dashboard menu.
- 3Click on the Calendars tab (sometimes labeled under Notification settings in older versions, but look for the Calendar Connections panel).
- 4Click the Connect Zoom button.
- 5You will be redirected to the Zoom OAuth Consent screen. Click Allow to grant QuickSearchPlus permission to sync your meetings.
Why do we need these permissions?
- View and manage your meetings: To display your upcoming Zoom calls in the Agenda Hub and allow you to join directly.
- View your recordings: To analyze and provide AI-generated summaries of your past meetings.
- View your user information: To verify your identity and securely link your account.
Microsoft Teams
Sync your Outlook and Teams calendar for a unified view of your schedule.
Installation Steps
- 1Go to Settings > Calendars.
- 2Click Connect Teams.
- 3Sign in with your Microsoft Work or School account.
- 4Accept the permissions to allow calendar read access.
Google Calendar
Integrate your Google Workspace calendar for seamless meeting management.
Installation Steps
- 1Go to Settings > Calendars.
- 2Click Connect Google.
- 3Choose your Google account and allow access to your calendar events.
