When someone clicks your link, they see the price and pay upfront via Stripe before the booking is confirmed. No payment, no booking — so you're protected from no-shows before anyone shows up.
Yes. QuickSearchPlus handles both video and in-person bookings. For in-person appointments, you define your location availability, so on Monday you're at Location A, Tuesday at Location B. Your clients see your location on each available date when they book. Payment is collected upfront regardless of the meeting type. For in-person appointments we create a pre-meeting agenda, but we don't listen in or summarise the session.
Yes, Stripe processes payments on behalf of your clients. You'll connect your Stripe account during setup. QuickSearchPlus handles the booking logic; Stripe handles the money movement. If you don't have a Stripe account, it's free to create one.
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees on monthly plans. Annual and bi-annual plans are billed up front but can be cancelled going forward.
